Hi .. So the design mix isM15i.e, 1:2:4 Ratio sum = 1+2+4 = 7 Volume ofconcrete= 1 cubic metre ( wet volume ) Now dry volume ofconcrete= 45–55% increase in volume × wet volume Dry volume= 1×1.52 (assuming 52% increase in volume) Dry volume =...
Get PriceA rotary kiln is a device that supplies tremendous amounts of heat in order to change the chemical composition of an object.
Flotation machine (also called flotation separator) is applicable for the separation of nonferrous metal and ferrous metal and nonmetal, such as fluorite and talc.
Cement rotary kiln is the main equipment of calcining the cement clinker. The characteristics of a rotary kiln are simple structure, convenient and reliable control of the producing process.
In coal-fired power plants coal mills are used to pulverize and dry to coal before it is blown into the power plant furnace.

I would suggest the ratio of 1:2:3 or 1:1.5:3 forM20 grade concreteand 1:2:4 or 1:2.5:3.5forM15 grade concrete. If you prepareconcretewith your ration then theconcretewill have too much sand. Too much sand causes shrinkage and this will not give high-densityconcrete. Hence use 1:2:3 for good strength and 1:2.5:3.5 for moderate strength.

Example calculation Estimate the quantity ofcement, sand and stone aggregate required for 1 cubic meter of 1:2:4concretemix. Ans.Materialsrequired are 7 nos. of 50 kg bag ofcement, 0.42 m 3 of sand and 0.83 m 3 of stone aggregate.
For Cement Qty = 1.52/7=0.217 Cum of cement required to prepare 1Cum of M15 concrete. But cement is always taken in Weight. For that the unit weight of cement is 1440 KG/Cum Total cement required = 0.217x1440= 312.68 Kgs.

Volume ofconcrete= 1 m³.GradeofconcreteM20 (1:1.5:3) Find-out the Quantity ofconcrete(Wet volume and Dry volume) Wet volume ofconcrete= 1 m³. Dry volume = Wet volume x 1.54 (You can also take it as 1.50 to 1.55, But it became standard practice to considering 1.54 as multiplication factor). Dry volume ofconcrete= 1 x 1.54 =1.54 m³
